I was denied entry due to a reported chemical issue, but when i later inquired about the chemicals used in the pool, or how often the water was changed, i was told by a very defensive duty manager that the pool was the cleanest the inspectors had ever seen and the information was private. Customers are not permitted to access pool sampling information, and sport Wales had no obligation to publish it in any form. Do not let your kids use this pool, and use it at your own risk.

Absolutely awful rude woman on the phone at reception. It was apparent from the off, she had that gormless, slack jawed drawl of someone who was going be very hard to deal with. Enquired about some swimming lessons for my son and she was unpleasant from the start, making the process more hassle than it was worth. Sorry, but I just can't tolerate obnoxious cretins, so I've signed up elsewhere now. Thank You

BE WARNED! This awful organisation uses a private parking company and will issue charges even if you are picking up and not parking (if you overstay an undisclosed waiting limit). Have been a regular user for years with no problems, but now you need to be careful. I've no problem paying for parking and have spent plenty of money here over the years, but 'fining' people £30-60 for waiting is morally bankrupt. Would give no stars review if possible. Awful.

I rang beforehand to ask whether I needed to download the app to book a swim. The receptionists politely advised me to consult the website to reference timetables beforehand but I was very pleased that I could just turn up and pay at reception. I think this is an inclusive policy as many sports facilities insist on booking through an app now, which ultimately excludes some people. 50p for non-members to park seems reasonable to me. Good facilities and what a luxury to have a 50m pool to swim in, especially when training for open water events.

Wish to Thank you all staff of the pool. It was great time! I am on the crutches at the momen ( broken knee) and I got amazing help and attention from swimming pool staff. You made my day! Highly recommend! If even you cannot walk properly.
